How It Works
Getting a document notarized shouldn't be a hassle. Here's the whole process.
Request Your Appointment

We Come to You
Home, office, hospital, or a coffee shop — bring a valid photo ID and your unsigned documents.
Sign & Notarize
We verify your ID, witness your signature, and apply the notarial seal — done in minutes.
Covers a standard mobile notarization appointment. Witnesses are not included — if your document requires one, let us know when you book. Additional signatures, documents, or extended travel distance may affect your final quote — ask when you book and we'll confirm the total upfront, no surprises.

Frequently Asked Questions
A few common questions about booking a mobile notary.
What do I need to bring to my appointment?
A valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID (driver's license, passport, or state ID) and the unsigned documents that need notarizing. Don't sign them beforehand — you'll sign in front of the notary.
Do you charge extra for travel?
The $50 base fee covers a standard appointment. Extended travel distance, multiple signers, or additional documents may affect your final quote — we'll always confirm the total with you before booking.
Are witnesses included?
No — witnesses are not included in the base fee. If your document requires one, let us know when you book so we can plan accordingly.
What areas do you serve?
Philadelphia and surrounding counties. Not sure if you're in range? Send a quick message and we'll confirm.
How do I pay?
Payment details are confirmed when you book your appointment — just ask if you have a preference.
